We are searching for a highly motivated **Delivery Consultant** to join our client’s team and support a leading company in the oil and gas sector.

**The Role**:
Based in Singapore, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects for our client within the conventional energy space.
You will leverage your knowledge of contracting and volume recruiting practices to source, screen, and onboard top talent for critical positions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

**Your Qualifications**:
1-2 years of experience in a recruitment role, ideally within the oil and gas industry.
Familiarity with conventional energy projects and related job functions.
Proven ability to manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
