**Job Description** We are looking for a Principal Recruiter, Executive Search (all genders) to join our Central Talent Acquisition Team.**

**The team**:
The Global Executive Search team hires the best global leadership talent for the highest levels of leadership for our HQ and brands globally. The team is research focused, with high-level attention to market mapping, attention to detail, and our recruiters have strong business acumen and excellent consultative skills.

As a Principal Recruiter you will be responsible for owning and executing a wide range of different executive-level searches for a number of departments and regions. You will work with our C-level stakeholders to consult and advise on search strategy & recruiting process to ensure we are making excellent leadership hiring decisions.

**Your mission**:

- Lead update meetings for ongoing searches, conduct on-site interviews, participate in debriefs, perform reference checks, and manage the presentation and negotiation of employment offers.
- Train leaders to enhance their talent acquisition skills, particularly at the executive level, and foster an understanding of the nuances involved.
- Take ownership of various global succession planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members on diverse projects aimed at continually elevating the Global Executive team.

**Your heroic skills**:

- You bring solid experience in executive hiring, possessing knowledge of the global talent landscape, and several years of expertise in advising and influencing executive leadership.
- 5+ years of executive search recruiting experience, covering various departments and regions, both in search firms and in-house roles.
- You possess a deep understanding of executive compensation and a demonstrated track record of utilising market intelligence to shape competitive total rewards strategies.
- You excel in active sourcing and attracting the right talent through various channels.
- You pay close attention to detail and exhibit strong research and business acumen.
- Your inquisitive nature and excellent communication skills set you apart.
- You rely on data and research to inform your discussions and decisions.
- You are fluent and an excellent communicator in English.
