Principal or Executive Consultant

We are currently hiring for an **experienced Principal or Executive Consultant **to join our successful Proco Commodities team, based in Singapore. The team have a regional APAC remit specialising in the fascinating and lucrative energy & commodity trading markets. This role will focus on functional positions within the sector and will partner with clients through a combination of retained and contingent search as well selling market intelligence and thought leadership initiatives.
We offer a strong brand in an exciting market and earning potential is high with commission uncapped and reaching 50% of billings.
**Desired Skills and Experience**
In this role you'll be responsible for building relationships with key clients and delivering searches within our Functional desk, focusing on leadership and executive level roles within finance, risk, compliance, legal and other support functions. You are proactive, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and sales-focused to continuously expand your network. Additionally, you are an advisor and consultant, as well as a client advocate within the business. But above all, you live and breathe our behaviours and culture.
