**We’re Hiring: Delivery Manager (Health & Education)**:
**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Salary Range**: $6,000 - $10,000

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Management**:

- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes.
- Develop detailed project plans with clear timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Manage risks, changes, and challenges throughout project lifecycles.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress.

**2. Team Management**:

- Lead and motivate delivery teams to ensure high-quality performance.
- Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects.
- Conduct team meetings, coaching sessions, and foster a collaborative environment.

**3. Client & Stakeholder Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Understand and exceed client expectations.
- Address concerns or issues promptly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

**4. Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for efficiency and implement best practices.
- Monitor performance metrics for continuous improvement.

**5. Financial Management**:

- Oversee project budgets, forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness in delivery operations.

**6. Quality Assurance**:

- Maintain high-quality standards in all deliverables.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of processes and outcomes.

**7. Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare and present detailed reports and performance metrics.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Management, or related field.
- At least **5+ years of experience **in delivery/project management roles.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

**Preferred**:

- PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications.
- Experience in healthcare, education, or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Trello.
- Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement knowledge is a plus.
