Job Description

The Senior Executive, Finance is required to support the Manager to ensure effective and efficient running of all administrative and Finance in School’s financial-related services/matters to staffs from academic, administrative to students and Faculty.

The Senior Finance Executive is responsible for-
- Handle Cost recovery, Journals, Virements, Scholarship and Grant Claims- Budget Tracking and Monitoring- Assist in monthly reporting, yearly budget and audit request- Updating of Internal Finance SOP, Guideline and procedures- Any other ad hoc request/Projects

**Requirements**:- At least 3 years of Accounting/Finance experience with Diploma- Sound interpersonal and communication- Excellent analytical and numerical skills- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills- Good time management skills, able to multi-task and meet deadlines- Able to work independently as well as within a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, word)- Familiarity with SAP system, SAP Concur, ICS, Ariba, Zoom, Teams, will be advantageous- Positive attitude with strong desire to learn new skillsets
