What The Role Is
As an Executive/ Senior Executive, Finance in the Student Development Curriculum Division 2, you will support the Division's Executive Office at MOE (Grange Road) for their finance and procurement activities. You will also be involved in the streamlining and enhancement of internal finance and procurement processes to bring about greater efficiency.

As an Executive/ Senior Executive, Finance in the Student Development Curriculum Division 2, you will support the Division's Executive Office at MOE (Grange Road) for their finance and procurement activities. You will also be involved in the streamlining and enhancement of internal finance and procurement processes to bring about greater efficiency.
What You Will Be Working On
Assist in the procurement of goods and services as a Purchasing Officer, which involves sourcing suppliers on the government procurement portal (i.e. GeBIZ), preparing tender/ quotation, invitations to quote or purchase orders, liaising with contractors/ vendors and managing contracts
Assist in budgeting and financial operations, which includes the processing of e-invoices, tracking and monitoring of purchase orders, raising journals, and monitoring of budget utilisation
Conduct briefing and sharing sessions on finance and procurement matters; and manage related enquiries from internal stakeholders
Review internal financial and procurement procedures and processes to improve work efficiency and effectiveness
What We Are Looking For
Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in finance and/ or procurement
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task, work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
Good working knowledge of government finance and procurement processes and system (i.e. GeBIZ) would be an advantage
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications and IT systems
