Senior / Service Delivery Manager

Take responsibility for the quality of ongoing delivery of outsourcing services
- Ensure that THE CLIENTs' delivery of outsourcing services is cost efficient
- Assist the outsourcing sales function (presales) where appropriate
- Ensure that due diligence is performed accurately, completely and on time
- Ensure that implementations of new contracts are managed to high quality
- Meet or exceed customers expectations
- Review service failures and produce incident reports when required
- Continuously look into process improvement
- Manage short term to long term projects and in-charge of staff located offsite
- Identify opportunities for growth
- Produce ad-hoc reports as required
- Navigate the customers organisation to ensure strong relationships through business Job
**Requirements**:
- Tenacious problem solver, will own issues until full resolution
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with great attention to detail
- Strong rapport and relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills
- Possesses a good level of business awareness and commercial acumen
- Ability to take a creative approach to situations and problem solving
- Foundation level understanding of Project Management
- Understanding of IT industry working practices/methodologies - ITIL foundation certification will be an advantage
- Minimum five years experience in a Service Delivery/ Account Management roles and minimum three years experience in the IT industry
