This role
Responsible for delivering high quality customer service to support our growth and Toll’s customer experience. This role is responsible for the delivery of high-quality customer service to drive customer satisfaction, customer retention and through that overall business success- Develop and maintain effective and professional customer relationships.- Support account management and transaction processing.- Provide product and technical support as it relates to customer transactions, customer feedback and other requests.- Liaise with internal and external customer / stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are achieved and agreed service standards are met.- Responding to customer queries and resolving issues as defined by customer agreement and relevant processes.
To Be Successful, you will need:
- Experience in operational / support role and operation process understanding- It follows established operating procedures to complete routine to semi-routine tasks.- Instructions are required on new assignments.- Some prior experience and / or vocational or technical training is required.
