Roles & Responsibilities
- Regular marketing visits to Central Distributors / Dealers and OEMs in assigned areas to ensure that Sales budgets are met
- Monitor market developments and trends, competitive activities / pricing, in order to feed the company with up-to-date knowledge about existing and potential customers.
- Identify new market opportunities (and threats) for expansion, preparing marketing plans for opportunities and contingencies
- Ensure compliance to corporate policies and guidelines
- Ad hoc duties

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Min 3 years of sales experience in diesel and gasoline engine
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- High self-drive and strives for high performance.
- Able to work independently as well as a team player
- Customer focused, committed and resourceful.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel extensively
