【What you will be working】
- Liaising with the service centre by phone or by communication chat platform
- Respond to Tenants' feedback/queries/requests for repairs promptly
- Guide tenants in carrying out troubleshooting for suspected defects in appliances
- Liaise with contractors on defects and coordinate for follow-up repairs
- Monitor the progress of defects rectification
- Coordinate, prepare and guide Tenants for the pre-hand back process of the apartments.
- Support Tenants/ Owners at the handing back of the apartments and prepare closing statements.
- Office work (document creation, replying to mail)
- Reporting issues to the company
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior
- ** Requirement**:

- Able to understand Tenancy Agreements
- Able to write and communicate in English and Japanese effectively(Min N3 level)
- Having some basic knowledge of aircon & home appliances would be an advantage but not a must
- Familiar with MS Office
- Excellent communicator and ability to work under pressure
- Service-oriented attitude
- Able to work as a team player and independently if needed
- Enjoys learning about facility maintenance issues
