About the job
- Supervises all 3PL logistics processes ensuring efficiency, mainly inbound / outbound transportation within Asia South, as well as reverse logistics for all sales channels; evaluation of partners and cost saving solutions; implementation of improvements for warehousing and distribution; act as liaison for the regional teams for the assigned markets.
- Implements KPIs measuring and assessing 3PL’s service level accordingly; address service failures and ensure countermeasures are implemented.
- Responsible for compliance for all customs-related processes and liaising with customs.
- In charge of all transportation related management including freight cost analysis, multi modal mode optimization, lead time analysis and control, on time delivery performance improvement, market understanding to ensure optimized transport spend.
- For new products, based on a given HS Code, determine duties and import restrictions; notify business of licensing requirements, liaise business with appropriate third-party consultancy and monitor the correspondence
- Maintains appropriate, detailed process documentation and scope of work and ensure it is updated regularly and distributed to relevant parties.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

- University degree/ Education, preferably in related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience or 7-8 years in a similar role within an international setting
- Good knowledge of general customs procedures in Asia South, especially SEA countries, working knowledge of customs procedures, regulations and product HS codes
- Expert in Microsoft Excel skills & SAP knowledge is a plus
- Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
