
Regional Employee Benefits Insurance Broker

**Key Accountabilities**:
- Accountable for the regional SME portfolio - managing all regional SME accounts, referrals, and clients.
- Monitoring, supporting, and track all the regional production and referrals for the Asia Region.
- Ensuring all the GBM clients’ details are input into the Salesforce/Compass system in timely manner.
- Acts as a conduit and liaison point between countries to deliver and communicate information and data specifically on country-to-country business collaboration.
**Technical**:
- Has a general knowledge of employee benefits business would be advantageous.
- Has an acumen to work on relationships needed for effective collaboration would be advantageous.
- Manages assigned projects and contribute to other projects as required.
- Responds appropriately to urgent coordination issues as they arise.
**Policy, Process and Procedures**:
- Supports implementation of defined policies regionally to facilitate regional client oversight and to ensure that relevant internal operations achieve their business objectives
**Environment, Customer Focus and Relationships**:
- Introduce clients to other team members and help maintain these relationships.
- Behaves with all clients fairly and ethically.
- Builds and maintains close links with peers, key internal and external stakeholders, working with the business, GBM team and other functions to share information, promote the adoption of best practices, identify risks and opportunities and deliver business growth.
