The **Sales Manager - SE Asia**will lead a proactive push into new, un-tapped and potentially lucrative markets for Golf Simulation.

This role acts as a key business partner to the Group GM leading transformative change to achieve bold strategic growth plans and deliver increased shareholder value.

The Sales Manager - SE Asia is ultimately accountable for delivering **Sales Revenue ($)** having led the business development process from market segment sizing, forecasting, prospecting, lead generation, tender/pitch preparation and delivery, ultimately through to sales confirmation.

**Lead and Manage**:
Complete marketplace sizing / scoping of all targeted sectors

Strategic Planning for the realisation of the Sales / Revenue growth opportunity

Qualitative and quantitative analysis; long range forecast to support the strategic plan

Investment and funding proposal, if necessary to the latter

Development of all collateral necessary to “market to” and “fuel demand” in the target segments

Creation of all “sales pitch” presentations and materials

Attend and showcase the brand at relevant trade fairs and events

Lead the tender process if required

Compile with precision and accuracy a brief for the preparation of quotations / invoices

Manage all third parties who may be associated with any installation - suppliers / trades / etc.

Ultimately Project Manage every opportunity generated.

End of end implementation of the plan

**Pre-Requisite Critical Experience you MUST have**:
Sales Experience selling directly in the Golf Industry

An active golfer (or have played in the past) such that you understand the "lingo"

Pay: $7,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 5 years (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)

Work Location: In person
