**Primary Duties**:

- Scheduling of daily works order & monitor daily installation projects (Whatapps/call)
- Liaises with customers on installation dates
- Arrange with warehouse on issuance of goods
- Arrangement of delivery to job site
- Attend to customers’ feedback & arrange for rectification works
- Attend to complaints & feedback on installation by customers
- Coordinate all site problems with installers & sales staff
- Updating of installers namelist and work permit
- Assist in work permit issues of installers
- Monthly Schedule Report
- Installation & Delivery Order Filing
- Self-Pick Picking List
- Matching of installers’ invoices to works order
- Distributing Sub-con invoices for Site Supervisor to verify
- Matching Invoicing to PO

**Secondary Duties**:

- Issue deposit Invoice (Indoor sales / Outdoor Sales), Final Invoice (GO/GI/SO/SI/Project Claim), Credit Note (Indoor Sales / Outdoor Sales), Pro-Forma Invoice & Commercial Invoice (Dummy)
- Back up Customer Support (CS) for Gallery (SO), typing quotation

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
