
Customer Support Assistant

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director and sales department. Your role will involve preparing quotations and assisting in sales follow-ups, handling client enquiries via email or phone, maintaining CRM records and updating sales tracking sheets, issuing invoices and liaising with accounts, and supporting sales materials preparation and meeting schedules.

Familiarity with quoting systems and CRM platforms is also a plus. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
