Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategy for merchant acquisition, grow existing portfolio to achieve business and revenue goals.
- Ensure smooth execution of merchant on boarding & improve Customer Relationship Management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory framework in the process of acquiring new business.
- Develop a pipeline of opportunities through strong networking, cold calling and other lead generation efforts; conduct Sales Agent training sessions as necessary; manage the end-to-end sales process to deliver acquisition targets.
- Create and maintain a strong sales culture focused on performance and positive merchant experience.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in merchant acquiring, B2B sales, channel management in Fintech, banks, payment companies, e-commerce or related industries.
- Good knowledge of Singapore market & have good network in the industry. Familiarity with marketplaces, e-commerce and other relevant industry is a plus.
- A proven hunter with strong problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and pro-active with a hands-on attitude. Comfortable with ambiguity in start-up environment where learning is unlimited.
- Fluent in speaking & reading in English and preferably Chinese language.
