In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for building and expanding the global payment network by connecting with Banking payment partners like mainstream payment service providers, and financial institutions worldwide to support ByteDance Group’s business international expansion.
- Responsible for upgrading and optimizing channel network products to enhance the platform's capability in improving bank transfer user experience, operation efficiency, system stability, meeting compliance requirements and reducing cost, etc.
- Managing the team to deliver high-quality connections to local payment networks on time, taking the lead in analyzing bank partners' capabilities, and business requirements, coordinating with Engineering, Business, and other internal stakeholders, testing, etc.
- Bachelor Degree or above, excellent academic performance. Engineering or Computer Science background is a plus.
- 8 years and above of work experience, at least 5 years of cross-border payment experience. Have proven integration experience with local Banking proxy systems or Fast Payment Systems. Successful money remittance cases are a plus.
- Experience in end-to-end product management in software or web technologies with good summarizing and abstract thinking ability.
- Strong analytical skills, be able to think logically and independently.
- Experience working with payment solution providers, banking service providers is a plus.
- Having experience in system and platform design is a strong plus.
- Strong execution skills with a sense of responsibility and ownership, drive projects forward and solve problems timely and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, strong cross functional collaboration skills.
- Entrepreneurial drive with appreciation of user experience and business and commercial issues.
- People manager experience is a must.
