**JOB SCOPE**

Responsible for executing the company projects in building construction façade which covers:

- To review project specifications and technical clarifications
- To prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
- To carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
- To supervise the construction works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
- To target and ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- To ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with
- Coordinate design works with design consultants and workout suitable solution to propose to Client and their Consultants
- Interpret drawings, specifications and other owner’s requirement related to design works.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- To ensure project activities complied with the Company’s ISO system

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Civil Structural Engineering
- Minimum 3 years working experience in A&A projects.
- Use of Autocad would be an advantage
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project
- Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
