**The Prive Group is looking for a passionate and hands-on Recruiter to join us in building and maintaining an exceptional employee experience. You will be partnering with the business on Talent Acquisition requirements from attraction through to offer and onboarding as well as supporting HR projects. The Recruiter shall act as the service-oriented face of HR to the business and its employees.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Liaise with respective department managers and stakeholders to identify and develop JD and requirements
- Update our employee information in HRIS
- Liase with internal line managers and external parties and participate in job fairs or any other recruitment initiatives
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment report
- Conduct exit interview and provide appropriate recommendations to increase retention
- Provide support in new People / HR initiatives and ad-hoc HR support whenever necessary
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of HR generalist or recruitment experience, preferably in the F&B or retail industry
- Good understanding of the HR practices including the Employment Act and Tripartite standards
- Strong know-how about recruitment channels and sources
- Excellent communications, interpersonal, organisational and numeracy skills with an eye for details
- Good working attitude & self-driven
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in English and Mandarin due to business requirements (in order to liaise with the English & Mandarin speaking associates)
- Willing to conduct outlet visits
