**HR Business Partner**

Our client is a global conglomerate with a diversified portfolio. As a result of business growth, they are seeking a HR Business Partner with exceptional coaching abilities to join their dynamic HR team.

**Role Overview**:
In the role of HR Business Partner - Corporate Functions with Coaching Focus, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of their corporate teams. Working closely with the leadership team, you will provide strategic HR guidance and lead coaching initiatives to enhance individual and team performance, growth, and engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with corporate leaders to comprehend business objectives and translate them into impactful HR strategies and initiatives.
- Serve as a coach and trusted advisor to both managers and employees within corporate functions, providing expert guidance on performance management, career development, and employee relations.
- Develop and execute coaching programs, workshops, and training sessions that empower leadership skills and encourage continuous learning.
- Conduct personalized coaching sessions with employees to identify goals, strengths, and growth areas, delivering actionable feedback and personalized development plans.
- Partner with the Learning and Development team to design and implement tailored coaching solutions that address the unique needs of corporate teams.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging coaching methodologies to refine and enhance coaching offerings.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to align recruitment practices with the organization's coaching and development philosophy.
- Utilize HR metrics to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement, making data-driven suggestions to heighten employee engagement and performance within corporate functions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field
- Proven track record as an HR Business Partner, with a strong emphasis on coaching and development.
- Professional coaching certification is an added advantage.
- Solid grasp of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and credibility across all levels of the organization.
- Analytical thinker with the capacity to leverage data for decision-making and assess the impact of coaching initiatives.
- Innovative mindset to design creative coaching solutions catering to diverse corporate employee needs.
