Singapore BRIDGE MOBILE PTE. LTD. Full time

Overview
- To develop strategies for the continued growth of Bridge’s regional solutions including IoT, CPaaS, and enterprise mobility solutions; and to continuously monitor Bridge Alliance member's performance and market development to determine if strategies need to be adjusted or new strategies should be introduced.
- To design and drive the adoption of an appropriate Go-to-market framework to enable BMOs to capture the market share of Enterprises through Bridge’s regional products & services.
- To develop partners ecosystem enabling multiplier effect in capturing values for BMOs leveraging on Bridge’s regional products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop Bridge’s IoT and CPaaS Product strategy and lead the discovery phase of enterprise mobility solutions development.
- Lead a team of Business development managers and product managers in driving IoT and CPaaS product strategies and market development, entrenching Bridge’s position as “Gateway to Asia”.
- Lead execution plans in increasing market awareness of Bridge’s regional offerings, generating regional sales funnels and enabling the effectiveness of BMOs’ GTM capabilities.
- Support regional RFP/RFI from MNCs, work with BMOs and Freemove alliance to capture Global MNCs’ Asia requirements.
- Support the footprint enlargement of Bridge Alliance.
- Manage effective partnerships with both existing BMOs & Commercial Partners(CPs) and build relationships with other prospective business partners where appropriate
- Lead and drive IoT/CPaaS/Enterprise workshops with participation from BMOs to get buy-in for implementation of regional initiatives across alliance footprints.
- Manage relationships with BEACON (Bridge Enterprise Council) and Technology partners with the objective to stay abreast of market demand trends and technology trends.

Job Requirements

A. Knowledge
- a. _Broad knowledge of telecommunications products and services development and business development
- b. _Strong knowledge in enterprise mobility, CPaaS and IoT business and solutions
- c. _Understanding of telco’s Enterprise business model and B2B market demand.
- B. _Relevant Work Experience
- a. _At least 10 years of relevant experience in MNO or SI dealing with Enterprise clients and products.
- b. _At least 5 years in leadership and people management role
- c. _At least 3-5 years of working experience in Asia

C. Soft Skills (including behavioural and attitudes)
- a. _A great deal of interaction and liaising with BMOs, shared work and interface management
- b. _Good interpersonal and networking skills
- c. _Goal-oriented, self-starter, can-do attitude, and can work independently without much supervision
- d. _Able to communicate confidently and effectively with strong presentation skills

D. Soft Skills (including behavioral and attitudes)
- a. _Negotiation skills to align stakeholders and customers across organizations
- b. _Entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude
- c. _Strong focus on value delivery
