Your challenge
Responsible for assisting IoT Ops team - purchasing, supply chain management and quality management
Support daily activities, including global supplier sourcing, pricing negotiations, order creation, supplier management, supply chain planning, invoice processing, budget reporting
Assist IoT Ops Director with reporting of departmental objectives and key performance indicators
Perform data collection and data analysis
Generate process and procedure documents
Participate in new or continuous improvement projects and initiatives

**Profile**:
Undergraduate or graduate business student with/or pursuing major in Business Administration/ Supply Chain Management
Good analytical skills and self-motivated
Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization
Willingness to work in a team environment
Handle multiple activities simultaneously and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks

**Proficient user of Microsoft Office Tools**: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

**Foreign language/Computer ability**:
**Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications**: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage

**Personal Quality**:
Strong communication, interpersonal & organizational skills
Able to multi-task
Resourceful
Possess good initiative
Process & systems oriented
