**HR Consultant**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Consultant to join our expanding team. As a HR Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' success by delivering comprehensive HR support and guidance. This role requires a blend of exceptional interpersonal skills and extensive product knowledge to assist clients throughout the onboarding process and beyond.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and offering guidance on HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with clients to comprehend their distinct HR requirements and develop tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
- Facilitate clients' onboarding process to our HR software and HR Shared Services, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR laws and regulations, advising clients on compliance matters accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless delivery of HR services to clients.
- Prepare and present insightful reports and analyses to clients, highlighting areas for improvement in their HR operations and providing actionable recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering robust relationships with clients.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, with a focus on identifying and resolving HR challenges.
- Familiarity with HR management software.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

**Job Types**: Temporary, Student job
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per month
