**Freelance HR Consultant (for HR Consulting Services)**

We are looking for HR professionals looking to work as Freelance Human Resource Business Partner with specialization below;
- **Human Capital Consultancy and Advisory**
- **Human Resource Compliance Audit**
- **Restructure & Retrenchments**
- **HR Solutions**

Reporting to the Manager for this business, the role will be serving as an external consultant and will be responsible for within his area of expertise.
- Advising management on the administration of human resource policies and procedures.
- Serving as external consultants by analyzing the client’s company’s current HR programs and recommending solutions.
- Developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensuring HR programs and services are in compliance with established policies and procedures with Singapore Laws and Regulations.
- Preparing and maintaining reports related to specific HR projects.
- Assisting with the development and coordination of recommended changes regarding workflow.
- Conducting audits of HR activities to ensure compliance.
- Presenting training sessions related to specific HR programs.

**Requirements**:

- Min. 5 years experience of having worked in related functions/industries mentioned above or within an HR Consulting company.
- Passion for a commercial role
- High level of energy and ability to build rapport with C-level executives as HR professionals who are focused on targeting global/regional leaders from the sector.
- Extrovert, enjoy speaking and communicating with people.
- Proactive attitude & ability to work independently.
