**About the Role**:
Our client, a well-established player in the logistics and supply chain ecosystem, is seeking an experienced **Logistics Consultant**on a freelance/advisory basis. This role is ideal for a seasoned industry professional who has held leadership roles and is now exploring flexible consulting opportunities to lend strategic insights and operational guidance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert advisory on logistics and supply chain strategies, network optimization, and process efficiencies.
- Assess current operations and identify areas for cost reduction, improved service levels, or digital transformation.
- Support leadership in evaluating new market opportunities, operational models, and logistics partnerships.
- Advise on compliance, regulatory matters, and best practices across regional/international logistics.
- Collaborate with in-house teams to review technology platforms, warehousing strategies, and last-mile delivery models.

**Ideal Background**:

- 15+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation — with leadership roles in Asia.
- Track record of driving strategic improvements in logistics networks, vendor management, or fulfillment operations.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s logistics ecosystem and regional trends in Southeast Asia.
- Previous experience advising startups, mid-size companies, or family-run businesses is an advantage.
- Experience in Change Management.
- Excellent communication skills and a consultative, solution-oriented mindset.

**Engagement Details**:

- Duration: Project-based / Retainer (negotiable)
- Flexibility: Hybrid or remote; periodic meetings with client leadershipCompensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience
