
Scheduling Coordinator

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will primarily schedule and confirm all customer on-site requests, helping to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of Agilent's field organization, focusing on resource optimization and meeting customer expectations.
You will confirm all scheduling plans for Agilent Field Engineers (FSE) and Authorized Service Providers (ASP) for services such as installation, repair, and maintenance on analytical instruments. You are the single point of contact for the FSE, ASPs and customers for all on-site requests (that includes scheduling and rescheduling).
Overall, you own the scheduling planning board and will continuously be driving towards daily improvements. You are directly responsible for meeting customer response times, providing quality service and making sure all field resources are effectively deployed for customer on-site services, ensuring the most cost-effective resource is selected, by assigning the right service engineering resource, in the right location, at the right time.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides administrative support in support organization to support personnel, including call management, documentation creation and office automation assistance.
- Manages Field Service Engineers’ On-site Scheduling with provided scheduling tools.
- May routinely provide support to remote team members.
- Responds to customer inquiries, acts as liaison with product divisions and other internal entities.
- Works on administrative assignments with clearly defined objectives. Job rotation may be required in accordance with organizational business direction.
- Performs routine clerical services/ support administrative duties using prescribed procedures. Solves problems which are limited in scope and complexity.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in scheduling and coordinating services; preferably with a technological / engineering experience background.
- Demonstrated ability to learn, process, and communicate technical information.
- Ability to multi-task and manage sudden changes in priorities.
- Logical approach to problem-solving, inventive, and results-oriented, with high attention to detail.
- Strong planning, organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Knowledge of planning and administrative tools is preferable.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written & listening.
- Proven fluency in English (verbal & written).
- Willingness and enthusiasm to participate in on-going training and development.
