This assistance encompasses migration and consulting services for cloud adoption, be it in the public, hybrid, or private cloud space.
**Job Roles and Responsibilities**
**Senior IT Sales Executive Role**:
As a Senior IT Sales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of managing and nurturing client relationships in the context of IT solutions, driving revenue growth. Collaborating closely with project managers and engineers, you'll be instrumental in achieving outstanding results while advancing your career in IT sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Cultivate strong and enduring client relationships in the realm of IT sales.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client IT needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by upselling and cross-selling additional IT products and services to existing customers.
- Formulate and execute IT-focused account plans and strategies, targeting revenue and growth goals.
- Monitor and report on IT account performance, tracking key metrics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, promptly and professionally addressing their IT-related expectations, needs, issues, and requests.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a minimum diploma, preferably in an IT-related field.
- Hold a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in IT sales or account management.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organization, negotiation, and presentation skills with a focus on IT solutions.
- Maintain a positive, results-oriented mindset, displaying a high level of initiative and integrity in IT sales.
- Exhibit strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in the IT sector.
- Have experience with IT sales and business fundamentals.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
No 13th-month AWS; Variable Bonus (VB) contingent on performance.
