**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving new business development and expanding the company's client base. The role supports the sales targets, and identifies and qualifies leads and opportunities, manages the sales cycle, and nurtures relationships to drive sales growth and revenue.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Researching and identifying potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and other sales activities.
- Qualifying leads based on predefined criteria and effectively communicating the value proposition of products or services.
- Assists in the end to end opportunity development efforts that best address customer requirements, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company resources.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients, understanding their needs and presenting suitable solutions.
- Work closely with the teams to ensure that the solutions proposed align with client requirements.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
- Supports the end to end sales cycle within the assigned solutions and territory/ies.
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Following up with leads and prospects to schedule appointments, product demonstrations, or further discussions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.Providing regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.

**KEY QUALIFICATIONS
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Sales process and lifecycle knowledge
- Executive presentation skills and negotiation skills
- Knowledge in IT solutions and keeps oneself abreast with the latest digital trends and innovations
- Communicates and expresses thoughts clearly, is organized and systematic; exudes confidence in projecting ideas and has presence of mind (both verbal and written).
- Demonstrates the ability to manage stakeholders, and engage and build a good relationship with individuals providing the most impact on their work.
- Upholds integrity in all dealings and projects.
- Accountable, yet works in collaboration and teamwork with others
- Manages time well, able to balance multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
- Solve problems quickly and work independently
- Ability to do independent work; commitment to excellenceHas great attention to detail

**EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND**

A degree in any business-related course

**PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Must have at least three (3) years of experience in a similar position, working for an IT services and solutions company.
- Must have a proven track record in sales in a B2B industry.Experience in channel sales preferred.
