**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls on existing leads and cold calls
- Secure and manage new and existing accounts
- Monitor customer orders confirmations
- Handle customer service hotline across all areas, including answering enquiries, providing information, handling complaints and troubleshooting problems.
- Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call-backs to customers if necessary.
- Support work, which includes administrative duties etc.
- Prepare weekly report.
- Monitor Call Centre Systems.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective students/clients
- Managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to providing after-sales support
- Organizing events and workshops
- Reporting regularly on sales activities and performance

**Requirement**:

- Passion for Customer Service or Sales and are able to present themselves professionally through the phone.
- Have effective communication skills both orally and written
- Possess good interpersonal skills to work well with all level of staff
- Be meticulous, attention to detail and follow-up
- Work well within a team environment
- Minimum GCE ‘O' Level and above
- 2 Years' Experience in Call Centre Environment / Sales is an added advantage
- Knowledge in Telephone Etiquette, Customer Service
- able to work on weekend.

**Working Hours**

10am to 7pm (2 off day per week)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
