To generate timely and accurate quotations, product proposals, project tender responses and provide sales administrative support for the sales team. Co-ordinate shipments and deliveries, update intranet database, implement and make recommendations for process and system improvement. Manage stock and showroom inventory, brochures and samples. Prepare sales reports and price lists, update client database and handle ad hoc projects as required.

Job scope:
1. Preparation of quotation upon request.

2. Assist in Tender preparation, submission and mock up.

3. Source, maintain & manage a pool of good sub-contractors, like forwarder, installers, transporter etc., ensure we obtain up to date price list.

4. Asking for quote from suppliers, Issuance of PO and arrange forwarder to pick up and cover of insurance etc

5. Update various relevant project information to intranet.

6. Process order and work closely with Finance Dept on billing and collection issues.

7. Arrange for local transport, delivery and issue of DO.

8. Control & monitor of FDI budget.

9. Answering incoming phone call

10. Showroom & marketing materials maintenance

11. Replenish of stock

12. Assist in organizing internal social and marketing events & activities.

13. Other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
