**Job Description - Duties and Responsibilities**:
As an Operation Admin Customer Service Associate in our inbound travel agency, your primary responsibilities include:

- Review travel itineraries for accuracy and completeness, ensuring they align with client preferences.**:

- Generate printed travel itineraries for clients and drivers, including essential trip details.
- Create and print driver banners with passenger information and pickup/drop-off details.
- Collaborate with partner organizations (Combi Supplier) to share travel itineraries for client coordination. Coordinate with the BPO team to send itineraries and related documents for accurate transport billing.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred. Knowledge of travel industry basics is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Time management skills
