We are looking for driven, organised, and ambitious Talent Development Coordinators to join the team in Hong Kong and Singapore.

**Your future role within QRT**
- Assist with the logístical aspects of training, scheduling for internal employees, booking rooms and venues, tech set-up, liaising with vendors and organising training materials
- Coordinate induction days and the TD calendar
- Keep the digital learning platforms up-to-date and oversee enrolment and uptake
- Form lasting relationships with partner training providers
- Assist with implementation of the group talent development roadmap
- Support the induction and onboarding process
- Coordinating various Talent Development programmes and communicating with stakeholders on offerings
- Plan and project manage learning offerings from start to finish
- Handling the meet and greet with external vendors
- Supporting colleagues within the QRT Academy with BAU tasks

**Your Present Skillset**
- 2-6 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in an administrative role, personal assistant or executive assistant with a keen interest in a career in Talent Development
- High attention to detail
- Ability to operate at pace
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
- Stakeholder management across all levels
- Self-starter who is able to organize their own workload as well as assisting others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team-player, with ability to collaborate with colleagues
- Passion for growing and developing people in an entrepreneurial environment
