**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the section and ensure the KPIs/ regulatory requirements are met
- Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of EBS bills to customers
- Responsible for meeting the section’s KPI, e.g., the monthly closing of billing cycle, process adjustment and refund within 7 business days etc
- Supervise and provide guidance to team members
- Review, propose and streamline work processes for better efficiency and improve productivity/efficiency both internally and cross-teams
- Manage complaints (Internal and external), liaise with relevant stakeholders, conduct root cause analysis and work on process improvement
- Lead end-to-end project management, from analytic, gathering requirements to execution and delivery.
- Drive digitization initiatives, including planning, development, and deployment of digital solutions.
- Liaise with ITD or/and any other external vendors on system changes and feasibility studies
- Liaise with Principals, vendors and stakeholders on operational matters
- Plan, test, monitor and implement UATs for system change/ projects/ initiatives
- Undertake ad hoc projects assigned from time to time

**What You’ll Need**:

- Degree from a recognised University in a business /technical discipline with at least 2 years of working experience in an IT project environment and/or Utilities Industry
- Possess strong analytical and problem resolution skills
- Possess good communication, interpersonal skills and able to work in a team, preferably with experience in leading a team
- Possess initiative and drive with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and positive mindset
