**Statement Of Purpose**_**(Overall Purpose of Job)**_
- Responsible for providing administrative and logístical support to the project management team.
- Assist with coordinating project schedules, managing documentation, and facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders.
**Major Duties & Responsibilities**
(A) Specific:
- In charge of all general office administrative work. Serve as the primary point of contact for project team members and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and routing information as needed
- Organization: To manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and maintain an organized system for project documentation.
- Prepare and compile the monthly report, project progress claim submission to stakeholders, etc.
- Resource Management: To assist in the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support workers
- well-being/safety/leave / MC/work permit, advancement, etc.
(B) General:
- Meeting Facilitation: To schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Monitoring and coordinating day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Assist with the preparation of project status reports, presentations, and other project-related materials.
- Handle and provide administrative duties required by the Client, Site and the Department.
- Document Management: To maintain an organized system for project documentation, including contracts, project plans, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- To communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors, to ensure that project goals and objectives are understood.
- To work collaboratively with project managers, team members, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals. Collaborate with the project management team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and productivity
(c) Safety:
- To follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.
**Job Requirements**
(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training:
- Degree or Diploma in project admin/management or certification.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Job holders without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.
(B) Knowledge & Skills:
- Service oriented and good interpersonal skills.
- Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- PC literate and knowledge in MS Office and proficiency in using project management software, and other relevant tools.
- Meticulous and a team-player.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Flexible and adaptable to change project requirements.
(C) Experience:
- Preferably with 2-3 years’ working experience in the related field.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
