**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking an Operations Associate to provide assistance with our collection operations.

In this role you will
- Manage the Collection Portfolio such as managing early settlement of accounts.
- Manage the GIRO collection process
- Recording payment information: Collection Specialists are responsible for recording payment information, updating account details, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers.
- Any other ad hoc duties

**Qualifications**:

- Intermediate Excel knowledge
- Be a self starter and able to work independently.
- Strong follow-up skills and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role.
- While prior experience in debt collection or collection functions would be beneficial, no previous experience is required as training will be provided
