**JOB DESCRIPTION:
Stewardship Asia Centre is a non-profit organisation established by Temasek Holdings. We help business and government leaders, investors, and individuals activate stewardship practices through research, executive education and engagement.

We are seeking an outstanding collaborator who is keen to learn and partner with the entire team and organisations locally and around the world to create and leverage communications products that generate impact. S/he must have solid writing skills and experience in managing a variety of communications platforms using multiple formats, such as podcasts, blogs, social media, video, and traditional media.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create multi-media content assets, including short-form and long-form videos for marketing campaigns
- Provide leadership in video scripting, editing and marketing, as well as social media strategies
- Support the development and implementation of integrated communications plans and ensure initiatives and projects are clearly communicated to the right target audiences
- Identifying relevant communications opportunities and creating, placing, and communicating content and messages across different channels.
- Testing formats and platforms, tracking the engagement, use and uptake of communication products, and reflecting with the team on the usefulness and impact of these outputs.
- Work with and manage agencies and partners to ensure timely delivery of items and milestones.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma / Degree holders with 3-6 years of proven experience in similar or related roles in marketing, public affairs, media communication, events and website support related fields.
- Detail-oriented, motivated, independent and resourceful
- Technologically savvy and/or unafraid to dive into new processes and systems to test and experiment; focused on results in a fast-moving, hands-on environment
- Sound judgment to drive communications initiatives, with excellent skills in stakeholder management, networking, and relationship-building
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, high professionalism and sense of ownership.
- Experience with video editing and graphics software such as Adobe Premier Pro, Photoshop, In-Design, Illustrator, Figma, Canva.
- Passionate about promoting stewardship and driving change in the environmental, social, governance and leadership space.
