As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement recruitment solutions in line with business needs- Manage the recruitment and selection activities of multiple roles within the assigned market(s)-
- Build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally that contributes to strengthening the company and market brand- Initiate and drive recruitment strategies such as employer branding, internship, career fairs, career talks etc.- Minimum 2-3 years of experience; ideally in a specialist recruitment role within the professional services industry or agency- Ability to establish and build internal, and external client networks, developing and maintaining trust- Strong consulting experience- Hands on experience with Workday will have an added advantage- Proactive, able to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
