**JOB DESCRIPTION**

A multi-industry MNC with diversified interest into Banking & Finance, Commerce & Industrial, FMCG Retail & Logistics currently seeks a Group Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their expanding team.

Reporting to the Team Leader, the incumbent will be working in a team of 5 staffs. He / She will be the main person-in-charge (PIC) for Talent Acquisition / Recruitment activities, hiring for fresh graduates & mid-career level (White-collar worker), and managing internship programs.

Additionally, he / she will need to support the main PIC in the Learning & Development (L&D) team which includes facilitation of some training programs, identifying & analysing training needs, budgetary planning, and collaboration with various stakeholders in delivering both internal and external training programs.

Successful applicants will be functioning within a massive-scale international brand with long-term strategic vision and rotational opportunities for career growth.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Min Bachelor’s Degree holder with 3 years of working experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment area
- Prior experience in MNC is preferred
- Prior working experience in recruiting for corporate employees is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fast learner, self-driven, organized, disciplined, independent, and a team player
