**Customer Service Executive**
Basic: SGD 2800
Working Hour: 5.5 Days
*Mon - Fri (9AM - 6PM)
- Sat - WFH (Have to listen to call from warehouse/Transporter)
Location: Admiralty
**Requirement**:
- Qualification min GCE “O” level and above
- Outspoken and willing to take learn new knowledge about logistics and Freight Forwarding
- Initiative, creative, problem solver & Self-motivated
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- 5.5 days’ work week (Saturday have to listen to call from warehouse/transporter)
**Responsibilities**:
- Liaising with freight forwarders, direct customers and overseas agents for outgoing and incoming
shipments.
- Support the export/import/manager and cover his/her duties in their absence.
- Any documentation duties as instructed by your superior.
- Preparation of Booking Confirmation, Bill of Lading, insurance, invoices and pre-alerts for overseas
agents.
- Liaising with the shipper, carriers, co-loader, transporter and warehouse for the transfer of cargo
to/from the port.
- Coordinating or negotiating rates agents/carriers/co-loaders on the freight rates.
- Data entry of various shipment information into the system.
- Working/supporting closely with the Sales and operation team.
- Manage and maintain smooth daily operations.
