**Role Location**: Singapore

**Role Type**: Full Time, Permanent

As a Manager - LM and VAM Operations you would be responsible to provide the team leader support or act as second in command in the Liquidity Management operations team

Your key areas of responsibility will include but not limited to

Management of all activities completed within Operations. These activities are monitored via results in the areas of continuous improvements in productivity, budget ($) AND volumes
Effective management of project deliverables (LM and VAM) within the available resources and timelines
Full understanding and ensure compliance with internal policy and procedural requirements as well as regulatory/statutory requirements of statutory/regulatory bodies.
Display a thorough understanding of the business and future team direction to assist in meeting customer needs & expectations.
Target Service Level Agreements are consistently met by Operations
and Values Momentum
Act as mentor, leading by example & encourage behaviours essential to the delivery of benefits.
Provide training, performance planning, counselling and guidance
About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Extensive years of banking experience in operations area

Strong knowledge/understanding of Cash Management, Liquidity products

Well developed management skills

Hands-on experience in the different aspects of international payments, collections and liquidity management products (SWIFT payments, Sweeps, Loans, Pooling etc)

Prior experience of implementing new systems or process migrations would be an added advantage

Have an eye for detail and be able to deliver as per deadlines

Computer competency. In particular, Microsoft Word, Excels and other Microsoft Office tools
