**Business Operations (VAM) - Singapore**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Documentation**:Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational processes related to VAM products.
- **UAT Support**:Create and manage UAT scenarios and test cases. Provide support during the UAT phase.
- **Training & Coaching**:Train and coach team members on the effective use of VAM products.
- **Post-Go Live Support**:Assist with operations and process improvements during the first year after the product goes live.

**Required Experience**:

- 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Virtual Account Management (VAM) products and solutions.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong experience in process and test case documentation.
- Proficiency in various **VAM products (e.g., TietoEvry VAM, iGTB VAM, Finacle VAM).**
