**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for accurate and efficient computation of payroll for Filipino and non-Filipino crew.
- Collates Radio Returns from the vessel
- Enter variable earnings and deductions in COMPAS
- Tabulates variable deductions and upload in COMPAS
- Enter Home Allotment details in COMPAS
- Checks the accuracy of earnings/ deductions entered via Onboard Module
- Checks the completeness of Imprest reports and supporting documents
- Process the request for Imprest fund top up and arrange delivery to vessel
- Generate Payment Advice for Balance of Wages, Final Wages, Special Remittances and Home Allotment
- Generate Payment Advice for Pay On Board, process the payment and arrange delivery to vessel
- Enter Payment details and upload Payment Advice to Agresso.
- Provide payment details to remitting agents
- Performs month end closing and generate monthly payroll reports
- Check the accuracy of payroll interface from COMPAS to Agresso
- Prepare manual journal entries and submit to Accountant for posting to Agresso
- Reconcile balance sheet and other payroll related accounts
- Forward corresponding crew payslip to concern vessel
- Prepares CPF Payment Advice
- Provides IR8A and supporting letter for Singaporean crew

- Prepares food money for T & I fleet
- Monitors and maintains crew float fund with PACC Shipping Phils. Inc.
- Responsible for the quality of his work in compliance with the ISO 9001 Standards

**Requirements**:

- Accounting or any Business Administration course
- Preferably with prior working experience
- Adequate written and oral communications skills
- Adequate knowledge in handling and operating office equipment like computers
- Good public relations skills and ability to work under pressure
