Payroll Assistant

**This position is responsible for assisting the payroll functions in the Human Resource Department of Creative Eateries HQ.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure the accurate and timely payment of salary through the preparations of relevant payroll reports (e.g. part-time salary, full-time overtime claims, etc)
- Ensure the attendance system is updated timely before facilitating any payroll functions.
- Checking the documentations of newly hired employees and ensure information are keyed into the payroll system accurately.
- Prepare monthly HR-related reports (Leave Reports, Foreign Worker levy reports, incentive reports, etc)
- Maintaining the personal file of employees, ensure records are properly filed and scanned into drive.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma in HR or related professional qualification
- Minimum 2 years of payroll experience
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented and meticulous & the ability to work within deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
