We are seeking a highly capable Vice President of Finance to oversee all financial reporting requirements for our company in the Asia Pacific region. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure the security of company assets, accurate expense reporting, and timely payment of contractual obligations.

In addition to managing financial reporting, you will lead a team of employees to create an efficient working unit. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with global and local markets during the annual budget and forecasting process, overseeing the consolidated management reporting process for the APAC region, and partnering with market leaders, program management, and supplier relations for cash management initiatives.

You will also manage the implementation of new account systems and enhancements with internal and external travel and finance back-office teams, establish financial policies and procedures for financial reporting standards, and lead change management processes for account and controlling. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving balance sheet and reconciliation review and governance processes across the APAC region, assisting senior management in financial planning and results management, and creating strategies for APAC-wide financial management.

To be successful in this role, you should have a CA/CPA or equivalent certification, excellent Excel skills, and experience working with diverse remotely-located and cross-functional teams.
