About the Role

An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join an established Singapore-listed investment company with a diverse and expanding portfolio across the APAC region, spanning real estate, hospitality, and industrial services. We are in search of a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Finance to join their leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the group's continued success and realizing their vision of creating lasting value through innovation and strategic growth.

As the Vice President of Finance , you will have command of the company's financial operations, ensuring robust financial health while steering its strategic direction.

Core responsibilities include:

• Financial Reporting & Controls: Managing group-level financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting. Reviewing statutory accounts and preparing schedules for year-end audits.
• Regulatory Compliance & Corporate Governance: SGX compliance, including the preparation of semi-annual announcements and investor presentations. Reviewing the quarterly Interested Party Transaction (IPT) register to ensure accurate disclosure. Leading the preparation of Annual Reports and coordinating Annual General Meetings (AGMs). Reporting to the Audit & Risk Committee (ARC) and ensuring compliance with internal audit standards.
• Risk Management & Internal Policies: Reviewing corporate insurance coverage to ensure adequate policies are in place for risk mitigation. Managing and reporting on the Group's Risk Management Register. Developing, managing, and standardizing Group-wide policies and procedures to meet corporate objectives.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned and meticulous professional with a proven track record of financial leadership. Your profile should include the following critical skills and experience required:

• A Degree in Accountancy, a Chartered Accountant (CA) designation, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• A proven track record of senior leadership of at least years within a publicly listed real estate company. Experience in the hospitality industry will be considered a significant advantage. Minimum 10 years' accounting working experience.
• In-depth expertise in directing all financial reporting activities to ensure strict compliance with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and SGX listing rules.
• Experience leading the preparation of statutory/audited accounts and providing ultimate oversight on the review of Interested Party Transactions (IPT).
• Demonstrated ability to lead the strategic planning and execution of Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and manage key shareholder communications.
• Experience serving as a primary liaison with regulatory bodies and auditors.
• A strong track record of developing and enforcing group-wide financial policies and robust internal controls.
• Experience leading an enterprise risk management framework from a financial perspective, including risk identification and mitigation.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with reporting software such as Cognos.
