Description

We are seeking a VP Finance responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, driving its financial strategy, and ensuring long-term financial stability and growth. The VP Finance will collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership to develop strategic plans, manage financial risks, and optimize capital allocation. This role requires a seasoned finance leader with a strong technical background in controllership coupled with strategic capabilities to drive business turnaround.

Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting. MBA, CA, or CPA will be a great plus.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including investors and board members.
  3. Strong strategic acumen and the ability to advise the CEO and board on long-term financial strategies.
  4. Fluency in Mandarin is required due to the company's operations and partnerships in regions where Mandarin is the primary language of business.
  5. Advanced knowledge of financial systems, ERP software, and financial modeling tools.
  6. Candidates from conglomerates with diversified business streams will be at an advantage.
