**JOB SUMMARY**

Part of Imerys Asia Pacific Business Area Management team, our VP Finance measures, analyses, controls & anticipates the profitability of the activity, according to the group’s procedures.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develops the budget and forecast processes - Quarterly forecast / yearly budget
- Effectively coordinates and communicates with all other Finance functions and other departments.
- Consolidates financial data of all sites belonging to the BA - ensuring the consistency of the information and making sure that Imerys accounting & financial processes are applied, thus ensuring that internal control procedures are in place & efficient.
- Drives financial performance through insightful and proactive analysis.
- Presents operating results for past periods & periods to come to the BA SVP and to the Group CFO.
- Follow up of industrial capital expenditure

**EXPERIENCE**
- Senior controlling experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

**SOFT SKILLS**
- Common sense & Analytical mindset.
- Curiosity & interest on others - Ability to quickly build an effective and trust-based relationship with all entities & businesses correspondents.
- Can draw & feel the global pictures on top of micro analysis : ability to synthetize & explain.
- Can manage deadlines & heavy workload whilst maintaining excellent attention to quality.
- Ability to convince and challenge senior business correspondents both at entity and business unit level.
- Ability to influence various stakeholders without a direct hierarchical relationship.
- Change Management.
