
Compensation and Benefits, Specialist

**Responsibilities**
- Generate and conduct data analysis, interpret results and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of C&B programs
- Support improvement activities for C&B related processes for streamlining and change management initiatives
- Actively involve in the annual compensation cycle that comprises of salary review,increment exercise, bonus payout and other related payments
- Involve in compensation and benefits surveys to ensure market transparency and position of the remuneration package
- Keep abreast of local legislative changes to ensure compliance relating to compensation and benefits programs
- Work closely with HR colleagues on and providing consultative advices on all C&B related matters
- Participate in adhoc HRIS projects as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Admininstration or its equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a Compensation and Benefits role
- Solid knoweldge of Compensation and Benefits regulations and policies
- Meticulous and ability to work under tight timelines
- Strong team player who is resilient and highly meticulous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
