**Your role is to**:

- Develop regional framework and guidelines for onsite function across the region to drive operational excellence
- Proactively identify and define high impact problems and opportunities in overall onsite operation; initiate potential projects to solve these problems and leverage opportunity.
- Establish partnership with country stakeholders to understand their pain points and requirements from local perspective
- Initiate and lead overall homepage strategy in order to drive engagement and discoverability with all regions and product stakeholders
- Planning and prioritisation of the product roadmap for homepage improvements, as well as new feature developments to enhance customer engagement
- KPI tracking and reporting for WBR/bi-weekly & monthly reports
- Take initiative to propose and lead projects to improve the performance of KPIs

**A bit about you**:

- 4-6 years of working experience, preferably a good understanding of e-Commerce in the South Asian Market
- Prior knowledge of campaign or onsite management
- Experience working in a strategic, cross functional role collaborating with multiple teams in different geographies
- Meriting with competence within digital/tech
- Commercial Mindset and Customer-first focus
- Analytical and insights driven to drive growth strategies
- Strong communication & negotiation skills - comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels
- Project lead capabilities, driven individual who can collaborate to get results
- Strong, internal drive, results driven and willingness to learn and feed the organization with new insights
