**Location**: Near Harbourfront MRT
Mon to Fri from 8.30am to 5.30pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
Broadcasting New Joiners/ Staff transfers - Communications to the regions Assist in updating of Regional Intranet and confluence pages for regular communication formats & Newsletters
Review links and maintain updated information in the Collaboration Pages
Assist with uploading of IT related contracts in the Contract System
Assist in compilations and preparation of presentation slides
Procurement requests in purchasing system for department's purchases
Verifying Purchase Requests and Goods Receipt for the regions
Ensuring all IT equipment are set up and headset/ speaker procured for associates
Manage purchase of inventories related to hardware, software and other IT supplies
Hotel reservations, transfers and car rentals for VP's and his direct reports overseas business trips
Prepare Itineraries & Agenda for VP's trips to various destinations
Submission of travel requests and expenses claims in expense system for VP and his direct reports
Provide administrative support to the Regional IT Team with day to day functions
Receiving of guests and requesting of office access during guests' visits
Support with logistics arrangement for events; summit, conferences, workshops & trainings (local & overseas)
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
**Requirements**:
Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years of relevant working experience preferably specializing in Secretarial / Administration / Project Admin
Knowledge in ATC tools as Confluence, JIRA would be desirable
Ability to be discreet when dealing with confidential or sensitive matters
Experience working in multi-national company with different cultural backgrounds
